Circle of Faith Link Party {4}

Wow, these weeks are flying by! Hope you are all enjoying your weekend, I had a wonderful day with my mom and dad, we went out to a big Antique show today (Saturday) and I found a bunch of neat things. Next weekend we have are selling some of our clothes and accessories at a an event called Divine and Cosign. It will be fun, make some room for some new things in our closet. Started getting things together today that I want to sell. :) I am amazed at how much I really don't wear that is still in my closet!


All right well lets get on to the Features, I know Kayla had a hard time deciding as did I.

Divine Dessert



This is an amazingly yummy good and absolutely easy dessert! I got this recipe from a friend and I just had to share this with y'all. 


What you will need:
Chocolate cake mix (I used the Betty Crocker - milk chocolate)
Jello Cook and Serve Chocolate pudding (the bigger box)
9 x 13 cake pan

Yup that's all! 



Now prepare your cake and the pudding like normal. I cooked my pudding right before we sat down to eat.
Make holes in the cake after it has cooled. Next apply the pudding on top. 
Growing up my mom always spruced up a dessert for us by adding fun sprinkles. 
[she just so happened have pigs this day]
Slice, Serve and Enjoy!!!



Simple and yet so GOOD!

Circle of Faith Link Party {3}

Welcome to the 3rd party! I can happily say after a month of training at my new job I am finally all trained. :) Sure feels good! I am meeting some great people and loving every minute of my job. 

Hope you are all having a great weekend. I sure am, I am going to share my finds with you all later this week, had a blast hanging with my mom. She sure knows where all the deals are in this town. We have a lot of consignment shops around here and there is amazing name brands in these shops at great prices and very good shape! I have given my mom the nickname "Mrs. Consignment". 

Alright before we head on to the party.... I just want to say my prayers go out to everyone in Texas and Massachusetts, I am completely sadden at what has happened this past week. My heart cries out to all the families and their losses, its been a tragedy.

My love for Fashion

I have been wanting to share my fashion with you all lately... I wouldn't call myself an expert when it comes to fashion. I have taught myself or watched the commercials, TV shows, movies etc, and found some amazing outfits! After living out in Utah, I found that the woman out there are amazing when it come to fashion. LOVED IT! Still Do! 
So I am going to share when I get the chance just some outfits I have worn through out the week. With my new job, I get to wear nicer clothes and not a UNIFORM! Yay, Right?!

Now I don't know about you all but I have fallen in love with all the colored jeans you find out there these days. In one weekend I bought 4 new pairs of colored jeans. Crazy! confession... I am Obsessed. Oh well, they are fun and there is so much you can honestly wear with them. Color seems to be in big time right now. Pinks go with Orange, Orange goes with Purple, Purple goes with Yellow, Yellow goes with Teal, Teal goes with Peach, Peach goes with Navy, Navy goes with Mint, The list just goes on.

So now that I am starting to settle into my new place, I still have a lot of my craft stuff packed away. That includes my camera cord...... it's some where in one of those boxes. I am sure I have seen it but keep missing it.:)
That means for the time being I am and have been using my phone, now with the way phones are these days some pictures really turn out great, some don't. 
I apologize now for some of my pictures as they are not the greatest. I will soon have better pictures to share with you all. Now lets get onto some of my outfits that I have worn in the last month.










Alright there you all go! Just some outfits from the this last month... Again, please ignore how bad some of these pictures are. All taken with a phone... and cropped... and in some I was still unpacking things.

Now I have fallen in love with wearing scaves. My collection has grown and continues to grow. As you can see you can mix patterns. I love mixing patterns and colors. I have learned not to be afraid to just put those couple things on to see what they look like. Weather it be two different patterns with like colors, or two colors that you would never think would match. Then BAM, they work. Not only do colors and patterns mix well together these days scarves and necklaces can really help dress up and outfit. A plain white shirt under a sweater with a nice necklace or scarf... takes the outfit a comfy and yet classic stylish look. Hope you have enjoyed this post, I will continue to do posts like this.

{2} Circle of Faith Link Party

Hello everyone! I have so many posts planned to share with you all. Now it is me taking the time and writing them all up... I will get there someday promise. I hope you are all having a great weekend. Over here in IL it got kind of cold on Friday, but I see some warm weather headed our way again. Thank goodness, I don't know about y'all, I am so ready for summer!

Now, this one really has been a subject of mine lately. Its becoming near and dear to my heart. As my relationship with God has become very strong, lately. If you all ever wonder about the LDS church I highly recommend going over to her blog. I have learned a lot from friends, and it's such an amazing religion. I am continuing to learn. If you ever want a few good books to read: I recommend Standing for Something By: Gordon B. Hinckley and then Longshot By: Lance Allred.
 She is a very sweet blogger and will answer any questions you may have. There are tons of great and wonderful LDS bloggers out there. She is one of my favorites :)
